Property Information Officer
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Property Information Officer. Our team plays a crucial role in completing Residential and Commercial Land Information Memoranda (LIM) and Potential Contaminated Site Searches (PCS) reports across a range of property types. This includes searching Council records, researching our District Plan, and collating documents in a systematic and clear format within statutory timeframes.
We are looking for an experienced Property Information Officer, but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills and a knack for reading and interpreting building and district plans.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be passionate about your work and pride yourself on your analytical, research, and investigative abilities. You'll possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have a natural ability to explain complex information to customers. Additionally, you will have:
- Experience in a role that required interpretation and application of policy and legislative requirements,
- Strong administrative skills, accuracy, and attention to detail,
- Ability to read and interpret building plans, and some proficiency in map-reading,
- A methodical approach and be driven by outcomes,
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with others,
- Thrive when working to tight deadlines,
- An NZQA recognized diploma qualification level 4 or higher.
