RAMM Technician

The Council is a key player in ensuring the District continues to prosper and to support us in this mahi we are looking for a Road Assessment and Maintenance Management (RAMM) Technician to join our Transportation Team.
Put your great admin skills and experience to good use in this busy and varied role. You will be part of our Transportation (Roading) Asset Management team made up of a variety of highly skilled people. In this role you will lead and support the use and data maintenance of the Roading asset systems, primarily RAMM and RAMM Contractor. The role is predominantly office-based to maintain datasets, analyse and report data with the potential to undertake some field work based activities
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have an understanding and be capable of using RAMM, you will also have strong computer literacy skills and have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Your technical administration will be second nature to you, as will being able to communicate simply and clearly to team members and members of the public. This role will include data collection, management analysis and reporting and requires strong computer literacy skills.
Experience with RAMM is preferred but not essential as training and development will be given to the right person if they have data and systems experience.
