Ticketing Assistant (Casual)
The Venue & Events team are now recruiting for new ticketing assistants to work on a casual basis on weekends/evenings at the Forum North Events Centre. This is an ideal position for those looking to gain work experience on a casual/flexible basis whilst sharing their passion for events and performing arts!
Duties of the role will include:
- Operating ticket kiosk for shows as required (may include weekends and after hours)
- Providing customer service for venue patrons that may include reprinting tickets, selling tickets and troubleshooting ticketing issues
- Following processes for opening and closing the venue kiosk
- Recording sales and payments to reconcile at the end of shift
- Liaise with venue staff including ushers and front of house manager
Our ideal candidate will need to be comfortable working independently and on a solo basis at the venue. Previous eftpos and cash handling experience is also desirable.
