Support Assistant - RMA Consents
Our Resource Consents Department is looking for a flexible person with outstanding administrative skills to join our team on a permanent basis.
Successful applicants will demonstrate strong customer focus and the ability to be well organised and maintain a high level of accuracy at all times whether inputting data or preparing reports. Excellent computer and word processing skills are essential as well as a proven track record in working successfully as part of a team.
Duties will include:
- Administrative duties relating to the receipt, processing and invoicing of resource consent applications
- Liaison with internal and external agents regarding all consenting matters
- Provision of admin support to the consents team and other council departments as required.
- Working as part of a team committed to producing quality outcomes within designated timeframes
You will enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and be dedicated to our customer-first culture. An understanding or an interest in matters relating to the processing of Resource Consents would be an advantage.
