Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for many of our customers who choose to connect with us. These customers may want to build or buy a house, plan a subdivision, open a restaurant or pay their rates account. They need your help and they don't want to be sent from pillar to post.
The successful candidate will become an integral member of this key team with Council. Are you up to the challenge?
To succeed in this position, you will need to be computer literate, happy to spend a large part of the working day meeting customers face to face and confident in providing a positive first point of contact. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of local government and financial transactions. Above all, you will need a customer service ethic that is second to none.
